Better but not enough

I was excited about this update. I currently use the über app but only to hail real taxis, never for the uber x cars.

Having a beck app that could replace this would have made me very happy. Sadly that was not to be.

1) it doesnt show me where the nearby cabs are before I book
2) when I made a booking it just told me that my booking was sent but no update about when my cab was coming. Nor did it show me on the map.
3) after 5 minutes of waiting for an update I cancelled the booking.
4) I went to the uber app and saw that there were taxis within a few minutes of me and I booked and was in a taxi in under a minute.

Beck.. There are many people like me who desperately want you to pick up your game and give us the booking app we want. I will never use uber to book a non taxi but until you get your act together and give us a real online booking app you will never take the uber apps place.

Please get it together. This battle is yours to lose.
