This app used to work very well and I could use it to pre-schedule taxis. However now it crashes every time I open it.

Just downloaded the app to order a cab, found my address all right, but try as I might I could not get the destination to be Toronto airport, Pearson airport, YYZ or any combination of those. It was either a hotel or other business or an address in Don Mills. The airport has to be one of the main destinations, why make it so difficult? Nice idea for the app, and it looks OK, but I ended up calling in to make sure I actually got a cab at 5 AM. So for not inspiring confidence

Poorly made, and my beck driver actually got mad at me for using the app to try to make the payment. So many fake reviews here, probably from beck employees.

Horrible app! After the last update the app crashes upon startup. Use Über instead.

I like this app. But I would like an option to tip the driver at the end, rather than just setting up auto tipping as some drivers are better than others.

Ordered cab to house. Driver took most indirect route to get here - estimated 2min drive took close to 10min. Once he was around the corner, the app cancelled my ride for no reason. I waved him down. Should have hailed one in the first place and saved myself the time. Beck needs a reliable app in a big city like TO.

So this load of garbage is what Beck created to fight Uber?

Expensive. Unfriendly. No sense of direction... And again... expensive

The problem isnt so much the app as it is the crappy cab driver greed. I had to cancel my trip twice just now because both cabs went from being 2 minutes away to being 10 minutes away. They grab you as a client when they arent even near you or heading in your direction while other Beck cabs are parked right beside you. On my third attempt, nobody "accepted" the fare for a few minutes, so I cancelled the trip and signed up for Uber. When I finished signing up for Uber a cab driver calls me on my cell and tells me he waiting for me. The cab is right in front of me, despite cancelling the last call (which was the one who accepted because it was a different number than the first two I cancelled). I decide to get in, figuring I might be paying for it anyway since something obviously registered at Beck. I get to my destination and the guy expects me to pay him instead of through the app I ordered through. Soooo. I wont be using this app again... Or Beck.

Becks apps sucks, the app wont even start anymore. Even when it worked badly in the past the cabs are way to slow ! Becks app sucks.

Horrible app that has only caused more problems than convenience. Charged for a ride I didnt mean to order, but accidentally did due to the (un)responsiveness of the app. Deleted and done with Beck.

The app not only doesnt work, but I cant even delete it successfully. Super annoying! I might actually have to try Uber...

This app is good in theory but I had aproblem: 1. I pre-ordered a cab but the app said the request was submitted but awaiting confirmation. After 30 mins, I cancelled it because there was no confirmation. So I requested a 2nd time but asked for the cab asap. A cab arrived and I jumped in. Then a second arrived. So it would seem that the ordering process might be one way without the ability to confirm if a car is confirmed. I think taxi drivers need to be using a system to take advantage if the app. Otherwise your app request goes to a dispatcher to fill.

But I guess thats to be expected from Beck. Whenever you order a cab it says "please await confirmation". Confirmation never comes. And dont bother scheduling a pick-up for a specific time because confirmation never comes, they show up whenever they feel like it AND theyre rude when youre not ready. The only reason I ever use this app is because Uber still doesnt accept debit.

BECK TAXI IS THE WORST TAXI COMPANY IN THE WORLD. THEY HAVE THE GREEDIEST DRIVERS WHO TAKE THE LONG ROUTES ENOUGH TIMES TO MAKE YOU PAY 2X WHAT YOURE SUPPOSED TO. THERE WAS THIS ONE GUY WHO LAPPED AROUND A ROUND ABOUT 3 TIMES IN A ROW. THEN ANOTHER WHO PURPOSLY SKIPPED A TURN WHEN THE GPS SAID TO TURN AND WHEN I ARGUED THAT I SHOULDNT HAVE TO PAY AN EXTRA $10 FOR HIS MISTAKE HE THREATENED TO CALL THE COPS WHICH I ALLOWED HIM TO, BUT OF COURSE HE DIDNT OR ELSE HE WOULD GET ARRESTED FOR BEING A SCAMMER ALONG WITH THE WHOLE COMPANY.

Every single time I use the app it crashes or presents me with an error. When I call, I find that sometimes the order has gone through other times not. Its getting increasingly frustrating.

This cab company is extremely shady and untrustworthy

I am so pleased with this app I require wheelchair accessible taxi and this really makes life easier for me!
