Horrible service. Driver conduct on the road and behaviour in the vehicle needs some serious monitoring. Majority of drivers only except cash and conveniently have no debit/credit machines in the vehicle. One of the few times i used this app the driver didnt show and i was forced to hail a beck cab off the road which after 3 beck cabs left me on the side of the road because they werent going in the same direction conveniently i finally found one that would take me. Serious changes need to be made in this industry. The behaviour and the the way the drivers conduct themselves does not represent this city at all.

Back taxi has it all now from technology to you name it ...any taxi need... They have lots of mini vans for yours moving jobs to Accessible ♿️TTL vans , Well managed family business, clean Drivers clean taxis inside outside

The app is nothing like ÜBER! I ordered a cab on Valentines and got left stranded because cabs could pick up any fare and still get paid. The customer service is terrible, Toronto needs true innovation, better quality of service and overall more professionalism for our hard earned dollars.

I entered my cc and tip into the app, but Beck called me at 6am to make payment for my wifes cab by phone. They were unapologetic and unconcerned for waking me. Uber has never called me at 6am so Ill use them from now on.

Used the app the order a taxi to get me to work in the morning. Asked them to call me upon arrival. They did not call and instead picked someone else up. I did however receive notifications that the person who stole my ride arrived at their destination! -_- Luckily, there was a Diamond Taxi there to take me to work.

Fix the map!!! The taxi driver sometimes shows up on the map as MILES away (like 20 min away). And then when I call I get, "oh well that doesnt seem right but we dont have to show up for another 5 min anyway." Which is not displayed on the app. If theres an expected time then give me that.

worst service ever i will never use beck taxi again girlfriend and i were in downtown driver agreed to take her first home and then me we only live 5 min drive apart from each other. we agreed for 50 dollars he said ok. as soon as he dropped of my girlfriend at home we started driving to my house and at once cab driver stops the car and tells me that i have to pay him extra 20 dollars. i told him no as he replied i will not move the car unless you pay me extra 20 dollars it came to the point that i had to call the police 911 and told him what happen and it was 2:30am i really didnt want to walk didnt fee safe so the police came and took taxi cabs information and they took me home WORST service ever

I tried using the app once and it told me the closest car was 17 minutes away. I canceled and called Beck directly, and a car arrived 2 minutes later. Seems like a basic requirement for a taxi app - get me the closest car. The app should not have been released if it cant do that.

So happy about this new technology to the taxi business . This is fast and effective and makes commuting in a cab that much easier . The fare estimate and the notification upon arrival our amazing features , as well as the fact that you can pay with PayPal. I am so happy to see a safe taxi business update and innovate their technology . Way to go !

Good: - Can schedule trips and pick ups in advance - Can now have the trip come off your credit via the app! - Can see where the taxi is, taxi number and their ETA Bad: - While it gives you a GPS map and lets you drop a pin to your location for pick up, if you dont put an exact address, everythings delayed cause beck is still doing old school dispatch for their app orders. They have to call you anyway - Theres a comments section where you can specify more but they dont read that EVER! - The app occasionally just cancels your trip with no notice. And if you call to find out what happened, that trip might not be via the app and thus not payable right off your credit card.

This app is much improved but it is still inferior to Ubers app. I tried it last night, my experience was (1) Prior to ordering there is no indication as to how long the wait will be or where the nearest taxi is (2) After ordering, the cab does not appear on the map, so you are still in the dark as to your wait time. (3) Upon arrival at your destination, you cant just jump out of the cab, you have to wait for the driver to finalize the transaction and then go back into the app to aprove it. (Neither the Beck driver nor myself knew this, and Beck dispatch had to call me to sort out payment well after the driver had left.) When I use UberTAXI its usually Beck who shows up, and the Uber app experience is superior to using Becks own app.

Double charges on credit card. Wont accept credit card in app all of a sudden. Worst customer service. Switching to Uber.

The very least this app could do is provide an eta, a general window of when you can expect a cab.

No matter what I did the app wouldnt let me add my home address. Useless if you cant set your pick up location. Fix it and the app may have a chance.

I opened this app up to try and get a clean, smell free ride home in a car without a driver jibber jabbering away in his phone while his dispatch machine, car radio and headset mounted advertising display annoying me so I closed and deleted this app and went with uber X. Ill never "taxi" again.

BUT … ERROR 404 when trying to download this new update from iTunes!!

App works fine, would be nice if the cars and drivers that show up where anywhere as good as Uber at cleanliness, politeness and customer service.

the brwns please prep your resumes and go work for mc Donalds. Apparently the taxi industry is dead. Uber On!

I rather walk than use Beck.

After recent update the app will crash whenever anything is typed in, such as an address. Essentially rendering the app useless. Please fix asap
