When it works it works fine but when it gets pissy with you, its unusable

This app hasnt worked for me for weeks. Constantly getting an error message after I type in my info with a prompt to call Beck. They need to go back to the drawing board.

The app keeps crashing and when the taxi finally did arrive, it was filthy and the driver could not speak any English. A terrible experience in every front!

Ordered a cab via this app, then watched as about 50 available cabs drove by about 2 blocks away on Queesn street as I stupidly waited almost 10 minutes for the cab actually assigned me my this stupid app to show up. Bad app, bad company. USE UBER!

I added my credit card info and added tip amount because my uncle was going to the hospital and couldn’t take his wallet/cash. I just had to fight with the driver saying he doesn’t accept that. I said if you’re competing with UBER you better accept it. I had to give him $20 as my uncle waited worried in the back seat. and then the driver told me “don’t give me that attitude.” Seriously BECK, I’ve used your app a lot and thought you had come into the real world with adding credit card. You totally failed. It’s UBER all the way for me.

I cant even open it to Try it. It crashes right away.

after the latest update, I cant even launch the app. it just freezes and crashes. please fix this!

App is horrible the payment gateway never works and the cabbies refuse to use it.

Poor locating services dont show where youre waiting. When the app says "your cab is here" its not, its around the block, out of sight. But I cant update / change my order, or communicate with the cab driver. I have to cancel and re-order all over. Waiting. Still no sign of Beck...Co-op drove by so I flagged him.

Very simple and convenient. Especially the feature to schedule a cab for a specific date and time. So if you need a ride to the airport you dont have to call a cab and wait. Just schedule it for the time you want to leave and he will be at your door at that time. Never failed me

Latest version (March 15) doesnt run, crashes after start screen. Really unfortunate.

Helped me a lot while I was in Toronto! A taxi usually comes within minutes of ordering!

This app embodies all the reasons why people prefer Uber. For more than a year this app fails to handle in-app payments correctly. Mishandling a clients payment information is a mortal sin as far as I am concerned. I love Beck and have been using them for many many years, but they keep failing to realize that having a bad app is worse than not having an app at all. Much worse. I have their app another shot after years of avoiding it, and I regret it. The cab arrived, but once I reached my destination, it failed to prompt for payment. I had one option: cancel ride, which wasnt working. Also setting up a Paypal payment methid is supposed to set up a billing agreement with Beck and it never did. The payment method registration is broken. If you have to order a cab with an app, stick to Uber. If you like Beck, call them and dont bother with this app.
