Horrible

Used the app the order a taxi to get me to work in the morning. Asked them to call me upon arrival. They did not call and instead picked someone else up. I did however receive notifications that the person who stole my ride arrived at their destination! -_-
Luckily, there was a Diamond Taxi there to take me to work.
