Still Frustrating

Good:
- Can schedule trips and pick ups in advance
- Can now have the trip come off your credit via the app!
- Can see where the taxi is, taxi number and their ETA

Bad:
- While it gives you a GPS map and lets you drop a pin to your location for pick up, if you dont put an exact address, everythings delayed cause beck is still doing old school dispatch for their app orders. They have to call you anyway
- Theres a comments section where you can specify more but they dont read that EVER!
- The app occasionally just cancels your trip with no notice. And if you call to find out what happened, that trip might not be via the app and thus not payable right off your credit card.
